يبدو ان اميرة البوب بريتني سبيرز خسرت جمهورها و جسدها مجدداُ فخلال حفلها   على مسرح "أو 2" في لندن اول امس بدا الاقبال قليل جدا على حفلها وكانت هناك مساحات كبيرة خالية من الجمهور, كما بدت بريتني وكانها اكتسبت الوزن التي كانت قد خسرته حيث ظهرت على مسرح بجسد ممتلىء وبطن منتفخ وكان قد نشر ان بريتني في الكواليس طلب صورة للاميرة ديانا ووجبة دسمة.

Cefoperazone
 

Cefoperazone is a third generation cephalosporin antibiotic, marketed by Pfizer under the name Cefobid, and also marked by pharco B international under the name of Cefazone. It is one of few cephalosporin antibiotics effective in treating Pseudomonas bacterial infections which are otherwise resistant to these antibiotics.
Cefina-SB is a combination of sulbactam and cefoperazone. Cefoperazone exerts its bactericidal effect by inhibiting the bacterial cell wall synthesis, and sulbactam acts as a beta-lactamase inhibitor, to increase the antibacterial activity of cefoperazone against beta-lactamase producing organisms. In some countries, the combination is sold as Sulperazone. Gepach International markets this combination of Cefoperazone with Sulbactam under the brand name Bacperazone

Adverse effects:
Cefoperazone contains an N-methylthiotetrazole (NMTT or 1-MTT) side chain. As the antibiotic is broken down in the body, it releases free NMTT, which can cause hypoprothrombinemia (likely due to inhibition of the enzyme vitamin K epoxide reductase) and a reaction with ethanol similar to that produced by disulfiram (Antabuse), due to inhibition of aldehyde dehydrogenase.

AstraZeneca Third Quarter Results

AstraZeneca's Revenue in the third quarter was down 2 percent at CER, but was up 4 percent on an actual basis as a result of the positive impact of exchange rate movements. Revenue performance was impacted by government price interventions and the loss of more than $350 million in revenue to generic competition.

Amgen's Third Quarter Revenue and Adjusted Earnings Per Share (EPS) Each Increased 3 Percent

Amgen (NASDAQ: AMGN) reported total revenue increased 3 percent during the third quarter of 2011 to $3,944 million versus $3,816 million in the third quarter of 2010. Total product sales increased 3 percent in the third quarter of 2011 to $3,877 million versus $3,759 million in the third quarter of 2010.

Merck Total Revenues Increase by 4% to € 2.5 Billion

Total revenues of the Merck Group increased 3.8% to € 2,532 million in the third quarter from € 2,438 million in the year-ago quarter with solid contributions from the Pharmaceuticals divisions and the Merck Millipore life science division.

Novartis achieves strong third quarter financial performance and pipeline progress

Novartis' net sales rose 18% (+12% cc) to USD 14.8 billion in the third quarter. Sales were up mainly due to a strong performance from recently launched products, which contributed USD 3.6 billion or 25% to total net sales for the Group and grew 31% over the previous-year quarter.

Sanofi Appoints David Meeker Chief Executive Officer of Genzyme

Sanofi (EURONEXT: SAN and NYSE: SNY) announced the appointment of David Meeker as Chief Executive Officer of Genzyme, a Sanofi company, effective November 1, 2011. He will report to Christopher A. Viehbacher, Chief Executive Officer of Sanofi, and will join the Group Management Committee. Christopher A. Viehbacher will retain the position of Chairman, Genzyme.
